In 2015, Dana Pizzuti was a vice president at a Fortune 100 pharmaceutical firm, overseeing more than 400 people in 30 countries, when she decided to pursue the process of coming out and transitioning. However, as she considered her future and began to research how she would begin a workplace transition, she found resources to be scarce.

 

Following her transition and her emergence as a powerful advocate for LGBT+ rights, Dana has now written the book she wishes she had when she was transitioning at work herself.
